Join us for this exclusive wine pairing event. You will enjoy an exquisite four course menu along with delectable wines from San Diego and abroad.
This event will highlight the hearts of our members. We will share updates on four local non-profits that are making a difference in San Diego County. A portion of all the wine sales will be donated back to the non-profits.
The Menu:
1. Grilled Asparagus, Melon and Prosciutto Salad, paired with Louis Pedrier Blanc de Blancs Champagne
2. Stuffed Mini Portobello Mushroom, paired with Orfila Winery Viognier
3. Provence-Herb Polenta with Ricotta & Pine nuts paired, with Cote du Rhone
4. Surf & Turf - Seared Bacon Wrapped Scallop and Garlic Dry-Rubbed Beef, served with Couscous, paired with Grand Vin de Bordeax Chateau Rauze Lafargue
5. Chocolate Mousse, served with Orfila Zinfandel Port
